ESPN TV Nokia Football Crazy Show 1 May 08

On Thursday 1 May 08, Football Passion Academy and ANZA Soccer kids were invited to the Nokia Football Crazy TV show on the ESPN TV channel. The ESPN crew had filmed some of the action of our Alcatel-Lucent & ANZA Soccer International Junior Football Challenge 2008 tournament a few weeks earlier. The show had a report of the tournament with some live action and trophy presentations at the end. The producers of the show invited us and some of the kids to come to the studio to give a first hand report on the action of the tournament (please click here for small section of the broadcast). We decided to give the kids from the winning teams a chance to enjoy this treat and come to the studio for the live broadcast.

We had 3 kids from the winning teams as below:  

• ANZA Flying Vikings (Under 9 – U9)
• Putra FC Diamond (U10)
• ANZA Aces (U11)
• Shoot Football Academy (U13)
• ANZA Orange (U15)

The kids were excited, exhilarated and had a great time – thanks to the ESPN crew for making this happen. As you can see below the huge smiles on the kids faces at the studio with the presenters.
