UPCOMING EVENTS AND FOOTBALL ACTIVITIES

At Football Passion we are always looking at offering exciting football activities for our kids and adult teams. These are the upcoming events in Singapore or abroad:

• 14 December 2009 - Start of our 'CHRISTMAS FOOTBALL CAMPS'
  We will be back in December with more football. Football Passion the undisputed Football Camp specialist is organising 4 x Football Camps during the Christmas holidays. Camp I: 14, 15, 17 & 18 Dec! Camp II:  21, 22 & 23 Dec!  Camp III: 28, 29 & 30 Dec! and Camp IV: 4, 5, 7 & 8 Jan!  & we decided to add 1 more Camp V: 14 & 15 Jan! Our camps are held 4 hours each day from 2pm-6pm. • 15 February 2010 - CHINESE NEW YEAR FOOTBALL CAMP
  We are organising another CNY football camp for the past 2 years we have had more than 50 kids at our CNY camps. We can promise another fantastic camp with a lot fun activities, competitions, excitement, exercise, fun and football, football football: 15, 16, 18 & 19 February from 2pm-6pm & 22, 23, 25 & 26 Feb. • 27 March 2010 - start of the Football Passion Spring competition 'Mini-Champions League 2010'
  As in 2009 we will be organising a short league competition for all our youth players. We will have a U8, U10, U12 and U14/16 league competition in which the teams will be playing each other for the championship. In 2009 we had a very competitive league format for all players. The league will start on Saturday 27 March 2010 and continue until mid June 2010.

• 29 March 2010 - Easter Football Camps -  2 weeks
  As in 2009 we will be 2 weeks of football camps in Singapore during the Easter break. Camp1: 29, 30 March & 1 &2 April; Camp2: 5, 6, 8 & 9 April. As per usual our camps will be 4 hours per day filled with fun, excitement, exercises, training and football. We provide refreshments during the camps. Our camps are held from 2pm-6pm at Stadio Futsal.

• 15 & 16 May 2010 - 'ANZA SOCCER INTERNATIONAL YOUTH CUP' - organised by Football Passion
  This will be the 3rd edition of what looks to be the biggest Int'l Youth Tournament in South East Asia. In 2009 we had 68 teams and nearly 1,000 youth player from 6-16 years old competing with 23 teams coming from Malaysia, China, Philippines and Thailand, click on review to find out more about our last 2 International Tournaments. In 2010 we look to exceed the success and experience from 2009 & 2008...so make sure you check the tournament page regularly for updates and information.

• May 2010 - 'BALI 5's' organised by Asian Soccer Academy
  This will be the 2nd time we take our teams to this fantastic island and weekend tournament in Bali. The dates will be announced early in 2010. We were 1 of only 2 overseas teams to go to the competition in May 2009. It was a fantastic weekend of youth football, relaxation and fun. 2010 we are aiming to bring more teams - U8, U10, U12 & U14 keep your eyes posted or contact Luke - luke@footballpassion.com.sg

• July 2010 - European Summer Camp
  This will be the 2nd time we take our kids to Europe. Last year we went to train in Madrid with coaches from REAL MADRID and than to train at the Spanish coast in Valencia. • 15 June - 28 August 2009 'Singapore Summer Football Camps' (11 football camps in a row with more than 150kids. We are the undisputed 'FOOTBALL CAMP SPECIALIST IN SINGAPORE'.

• 10 May - 11 July '09 - VARIOUS LOCAL TOURNAMENTS & COMPETITIONS FOR OUR TEAMS

• 28 March - 20 June the first ever Football Passion Spring League the 'Mini Champions League'

• 2 & 3 May - Bali 5's Tournament (Bali Indonesia)

• 25 & 26 April 2009 - The annual Novotel & ANZA Soccer Int'l Cup 2009
  The best and biggest Youth Football Tournament in Singapore and the SEA region...a great weekend of football for more than 950 youth players from 68 local and international teams - the Novotel & ANZA Soccer International Cup 2009 and review of the inaugural tournament in 2008.

• Easter Camps (23 March- 9 April)

• 20 & 21 December 2008 - Coerver tournament
  Football Passion sent 3 teams to this 5 aside international tournament. We were represented in the U8, U10 & U12 competition. Our U10 & U12 did brilliantly in the qualifications finishing 1st and 2nd in their groups but struggled in the 2nd stage and were knocked out of the competition. Our U8's did well in the first stage and went through to the Plate where they dominated the competition and walked home with the Plate Cup. A well organised tournament and great fun for the kids.

• 15 December to 9 January 2008 - X-Mas Camps

• 15 & 16 November 2008 - Football Passion  review of the Bangkok Novotel Youth Cup (Bangkok, Thailand) www.canukickit.net

• October ’08 Football Passion October Camps

• 5 October 08 – Football Passion organised the first ever Canon Futsal Challenge
  Football Passion has been asked to organise a half day Futsal event for Canon employees. The tournament took place at "The Pitch" in Turf City and the 11 present teams had fun and played a great futsal. According to Edward Tan, a Canon manager:

  "I think you guys did a good job on organizing the 1st ever Fustsal Challenge for Canon Singapore and I'm pretty sure we will have it again next year. We will recommend and refer our friends, colleagues and even our customers to you should there be any enquiries. Last but not least, we hope Football Passion will continue to progress in this field."

• 17 August 08 – New Hope & Football Passion Charity Event the Pialla Dollah Kassim

• May to June 2008 - Summer Competitions & continued success for Football Passion Teams
